Societe Generale Factoring annual meeting in Oslo

Societe Generale Group's Factoring Business Line organized the 15th edition of the Annual Meeting of the Group's factoring entities. This year, the event was hosted by SG Finans in Norway, leader on the local factoring market. This seminar brought together about 50 participants from 16 different countries, on the 26th, 27th and 28th of September in Oslo.

On the programme, after an update on the results of factoring and Supply Chain Finance (SCF), participants were invited to discuss best practices in the fields of business development, risks management and activity leadership.

Also on the programme, the participants were able to attend a panel of IT experts with a set of presentations on new ways of approaching and selling factoring services, and innovative tools at the service of SCF. The purpose of SCF's solutions is to provide suppliers of a large corporate with a factoring solution at better financial conditions than they would have contracted directly.

The success of this event is due to the quality of the information shared, and will also be measured with new factoring contracts signed during the year.  In 2019, the annual meeting will take place in Prague for the 16th edition!
