This involves advising and implementing tailored programs, ranging from confidential factoring without recourse for deconsolidation purposes in major accounting frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP, French Standards, etc.) to the sale of commercial receivables in France and Export.
We also provide our expertise to various financing stakeholders (brokers, consulting firms, etc.) to offer French and international companies the most suitable tools for their situation.

Origination & Structuring Receivables Finance

Within the International Division of the Corporate Department, my main missions with my team, are consulting and selling structured commercial debt financing solutions to an international Corporate clientele. We set up tailor-made programs, such as  confidential trade receivables programmes, with or without recourse for deconsolidating purposes, in the main accounting frameworks (IFRS, US Gaap, French Standards, etc.). We also have a Forfaiting offer (discount of bills of sale, promissory notes, etc ...) available for the benefit of this clientele. The team covers a large geographical area, covering in particular Europe, the Americas & Asia.

Within the Corporate Department, my main missions with my team are consulting, setting up and managing tailor made Supply Chain Finance programs for a clientele of corporate clients, as well as as provide support for their suppliers during the key stages of the program. We also strive to maintain a high level of quality of service and innovation by continuously developing our offers.

Within the Corporate Department, my main missions with my team are the management of French and international programs, or customized operations, dedicated large corporate accounts, such as confidential factoring programs with and without recourse off balance sheet programs, tax receivables programs, or Forfaiting programs (discount of bills of exchange, promissory notes, etc ...).
