Societe Generale Factoring received ISO 9001 certification for the first time in 2004, and the certificate has always been renewed. The quality mark, awarded by AFAQ, rewards the dedication of all Societe Generale Factoring’s staff who is committed to creating a customer-focused organisation. ISO 9001 is a standard currently used by more than 750,000 companies in 161 different countries, and is by far the world’s best-known quality certification. The standard defines the basic principles of the quality management system, and is valid recognition for the efforts we have made.
The certification also symbolises Societe Generale Factoring’s commitment towards an increasingly customer-focused service. Societe Generale Factoring conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys in order to implement the best solutions.

An internationally-recognised factor

 

In 2018, Societe Generale Factoring, as the leader of Societe Generale’s factoring business line*, has been recognized in the top 3 Factors for high quality average performance over the past 5 years as Import and Export Factor, among all Factor Chain International (FCI) members. Today, FCI is the world’s representative factoring network and association with close to 400 members in 90 countries.

* The business line includes all the factoring entities of the Societe Generale Group. Its mission is to define the factoring strategy and transversal animation of all the entities (18 countries).

As part of its commitment to quality, Societe Generale Factoring has introduced an annual satisfaction survey carried out by an independent institution, designed to provide an objective measurement of our service quality.

The latest customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent firm in March 2016 revealed that:

– 83% of clients were satisfied or highly satisfied with our services
– 90% of clients intend to continue using us over the next 12 months
– 87% of clients would recommend Societe Generale Factoring to someone they know
